If you have the time I would love a response if you get around to it. I had a question on bulking. You see I'm 16 and in high school, so I can't eat about 10 meals per day and it's harder to follow your type of schedule.
However, since I eat dinner with my family after I work out, which ends up being about 6:00, I heard that it's not good to eat carbs. Do you think it is okay though to eat carbs as long as they are complex (such as breads, potatoes, etc)? A response would greatly be appreciated.
You have to decide how important bodybuilding is to you. Why can't you eat 10 meals during high school? I only eat 9 meals a day, by the way.
;) I did it when I was in high school. I prepared for and entered my first contest during my senior year. You have to decide if you are willing to make your meals in advance and take them with you.
If it is important enough, you can find a way to do it. Why would you not eat carbs after your workout? It is very important to consume carbs at this time.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
