It shows how to buy an iPhone without a plan, "jailbreak" it, buy an AT&T Go Phone, select a plan (or go for pay-as-you-go), put the SIM card from the Go Phone into the iPhone and use it. I'm not sure if this is in any way illegal, or if it contravenes any contract language you have to sign to get service from AT&T.
