The HP servers I've used come its own management software in the form of HP System Insight Manager. Insight Manager has both a a web and command-line interface. Details on all H/W health including disks are provided.
There is also a backend consolidated SQL database you can stand up. I'm not sure if HP charges extra for this or its part of their server offering. In any case I would recommend looking into SIM.
We use this to check for status of RAID controllers on a Dell PowerEdge. You may have to find the correct name to replace *mraid*. Hope the idea helps.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
