You have to evict him. That's why the police told you that you can not just kick him out. If you "kick him out" - he can sue you for wrongful eviction.
You need to go down and file eviction papers.
If I were you, I would be looking for another place to live WITHOUT him! It would be much less stressful in the long run. In the meantime, isolate yourself as much as you can inside the apartment - don't sleep with him in the same room.
If this scenario causes him to get violent with you, call the police and have him removed. They can't refuse to do that! Also, don't be cooking his meals, doing his laundry etc etc! He is going to have to take care of himself while he is there!
Something else that might bring this situation to a head, and that is - quit talking to him altogether! There's no fun trying to argue with someone who won't answer back!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
