Yes. CellML Metadata allows modellers to link CellML elements to URIs defining resources, including constrained vocabularies, ontologies etc. An OWL serialisation of CellML is under development, which will allow linking of OWL representations of both CellML elements and metadata constructs to resources, providing much more flexibility than the current scheme. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
