Can I play the SBF patch with multiskin?

Basically, no. You could add multiskin code if you liked, but only the people who have downloaded your skin will be able to see it. SBF in Regular Quake is server side only.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
