You can easily rotate photos in Photoshop. Start Photoshop and the image you intend to rotate. Use the command from the submenu image – Rotate.To rotate an image in Adobe Photoshop you can use commands from the submenu Image - Rotate Canvas.
Enter any value of the rotation angle which is given in degrees. Now the final step is specifying the direction of the rotation i.e. Clockwise or anticlockwise, for example if you are rotating an image at 180°, the image would be rotate by 180 degrees.
Likewise if you take 90° CW, the image would be rotated by 90 degrees clockwise and 90° CCW would rotate the image by 90 degrees anticlockwise. If you choose Arbitrary, you can rotate an image arbitrarily according to your needs.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
