Can I sue my job for unlawful termination?

IF your story is true, ALL of the employees fired over medical issues should JOINTLY file a complaint with the state labor board. I became skeptical when you said your mother was told she would have to find new insurance AFTER having the child, and my skepticism increased with every additional claim you made. Frankly, I don't believe your story.

You forgot to actually claim your mother was fired, only that she suspected 6 MONTHS ago that she would be, and you didn't bother asking them.

YOU were not performing to the standards set by your employer. That IS grounds for termination in ALL states. The fact you don't mention anyone else suggests others WERE able to use the system properly.

That means blaming the software is not going to help you.

Every state except Montana is an "at will" employment state. That means that you can be fired at anytime for any reason. The only exception would be human rights violations like sexual harrassment or discrimination.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
