Sadly the answer is ....... NO ¡they will blame your bank, make promises to "fix " the problem, but they will not accept your card even its backed by Visa, las year I made multiple purchases with one, no problem back then... now its another story.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
