Can I use cRNA prepared according to Affymetrix’s protocol on BeadChips?

We have had poor results when using fragmented sample on our arrays. The Affymetrix protocol requires fragmentation during sample preparation. If you have labeled sample which has NOT been fragmented, you may obtain satisfactory results, depending on the age and quality of the sample.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
