You can really only get OEM licenses when you buy a new computer. You'd be better off just buying a normal copy of Windows 7.
You might need to buy a piece of hardware such as a HDD, but not all retailers insist on that. Bear in mind Windows 8 is on its way. I'd stick to Linux anyway.
Yes, you can buy the OEM copy. Bear in mind though, you CANNOT transfer this to another computer in the future, or receive any support from MS. The advantage of a retail copy, though more expensive, is you CAN tranfer it to another PC.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
