Can I write a comedic novel where Mohammed and Allah are characters, or will this upset muslims?

In previous religions people used to draw pictures of their elders, then hang them in their house and after some time started praying in front of these pictures ultimately making them their gods. So Islam prohibited drawing pictures and making statues so that the muslims should only pray to Allah and should not get involved in Shirk.

Islam, unlike other religions, is a religion of reality. Those who draws Jesus has never seen him and hence it is only imaginary and not real. And on drawing they furrthr make his model and worship it.

So Islam never agrees to such man worshiping directly or indirectly and hence the drawing of any respectful personality is banned.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
