Can one who cant leave a county in Florida have one pick up a car for him in another fl county if its in his name only and the friend in the other county won't give it back?
If I am not mistakened, that car is legal properity of yours and the other person should return it to you immidiately, or else you could put a lawsuit on him/her for not returning your personal possesion, because legalily, you can't leave the county.
