Can life make you tired? I've never been so tired in my life as I've been lately, it's awful :(?

Life can certainly make you tired, especially if it's a stressful life. Simply thinking about things in my life can exhaust me. I would answer the questions that CyclingFitness has listed for yourself.

Exercise might also help--and that doesn't have to be an added stressor. Simply getting out of a chair and walking around a room can reinvigorate a person. I hate to say this, but it's on TV commercials all the time: depression can make you tired.

If you continue to feel this way, no matter what you think it might be, you should see your doctor to rule out anything else. Best wishes. :).

Mental stress can destroy your life. It makes you tired, edgy and confused. I've been there and it took me a while to realise what was going on.

I finally did and with a few changes, I got by and now i'm energetic and mostly happy.

It seems as though the list of things is never ending. We over do it for sure! I'm tired too.

I think you must be bored, I have that kind of feelings sometimes. When that feeling arises, I always look for some activities to take part in. Some social gatherings would be good.

Going to watch movies, singing in a club is a very good choice.

Yes, I think life can get you down, especially when you have so many things in the fire. You may want to take a look at all the things you have on your plate and either delegate to someone else or put some off for now.

Yeah, I agree life can cause one to be exhausted, at least for me I know. Even when my mood levels are even keeled I can get behind, work at keeping up and I get exhausted. Then I have to put into motion preventive measure like others have mentioned.

I zero point using Maslow's hierarchy of needs to evaluate where I may be out of balance, then focus on the which ever is the basics for this particular time. And, there is a very strong power always on my side and yours - hope!

Yes, most definitely, life can make us tire especially in modern society where employers pushes employees to the limits of their productivity. We don't have enough time to cook healthy meals, and we don't get enough sleep (meaning 8 hours). And we want to exercise, but we don't have time because we are working too much.

And we have to work too much, because our money buys too little. And our foods contains pesticides in nutrient-depleted soils, etc. Yes, that's tiring.

Try to take a day to relax and not think about the things that are stressing you out. Get away from whatever is bothering you for a little while and hopefully that will help :).

Our life is stressful. Too many media, too many news, too many bills to pay, too many options, I think.

If your tiredness continues to go on, then it is time to rule out medical conditions as a possible cause of your tiredness. It is possible that you could have a thyroid condition, low iron stores or even fibromyalgia. I would exercise in the meantime but limit it to small periods of time such as 10 minutes and work up from there so it does not aggravate a condition you might have and not know about.

Cycling Fitness, yes...I've got quite alot of stress latelythanks for your responses.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
