Can little league Baseball coach's develope great players out of average players?

Yes - I think so. Baseball is a TEAM sport, and if everyone is forever trying to be a superstar instead of a team player, the TEAM typically fails.

Absolutely! The one thing that ruins players sometimes is "Daddy Ball" coaches especially in little league. Daddy ball referring to a kids father being the coach and spending more time playing and coaching their son and his close friends.

But for the most part I've seen great little league coaches turn an entire team of average players into great players, but it isn't just the coaches it's the parents influence and the players themselves putting in the effort and retaining information. Finally, the best piece of advise I got was from Ken Griffey Jr. when we told me to stay active and to play other sports during the off-season to keep in shape.

The coach is a piece of the puzzle to help make an average young player great. The parents usually need to help motivate the kids without being overbearing which can be a thin line.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
