Can Matthew Owens file a class action lawsuit against Sharpton and Jackson for inciting racial violence?

Al Sharpton is a racist, and only sees in two colors "black or white ". I say this because he refers to the president as African American. He has to keep racism alive or he'd be out of a job, as would Jackson.

Latinos do Not consider themselves white. They are very proud of their heritage!

The man who shot Trayvon may not have been white according to a color match chart given out at right wing political meetings, a bit like you might find in a home decorators emporium, maybe. But - he did consider himself sufficiently not-exactly-black to have been in the habit of describing such people as Mr Martin in terms which are nowadays considered inflammatory, particularly in the sensitive social setting of the North American States.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
