I agree with anon anything less than 100% can be converted to a fraction so is less than 1. Eg. If I took 50% of an apple, I took half of it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
