Can phpBB be used as CMS (content management system?)?

It is possible to use any forum system like CMS if you spend time in tweaking it. But to avoid re-inventing the wheel, it's better to use standalone CMS instead. If you want to use forum as community CMS, Blog and Answers system then try - Vanilla Forum software.

I agree with iAmNameLess, use one of the major CMS systems like Joomla or Wordpress. For some reason, Drupal 7 crashes and times out often, so I do not recommend it. Drupal 6 was better.

No it is just a forum, you could use wordpress, joomla or drupal to integrate. It is a standalone forum though, so you might as well just have it by itself.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
