Can police track a facebooks last log in after it was deactivated?

You can not delete an account and yes one can still be tracked down, as log files are created of user activity ( including ip addresses, which can then be traced back to their isp (internet service provides, such as comcast), whom can then tract as to where that ip address was assigned on such date.
