Yes. There are several kinds of schizophrenia. The most common type is paranoid schizophrenia.

Its main symptoms are hallucinations (usually auditory...voices) and delusions..It can be diagnosed solely on the criteria of delusions, if they are bizarre delusions. Bizarre delusions are things completely out of the realm of possibility--everyone on Earth has been replaced by robots. A non-bizarre delusion would be that the patient thinks that the CIA is watching them.

But there are 4 other types of schizophrenia. Catatonic, disorganized, residual/simple, and undifferentiated. These have lots symptoms, but hallucinations are not the most prominent.
