Pamplemousse Patisseries et Cafe in Redwood City! If you're in the mid-Peninsula and have a hankering for French macarons, stop by Pamplemousse Patisseries et Cafe. I've been watching the build-out at the corner of Winslow and Broadway for what seems like months so when I was in the area last Monday I had to go in and see what they had to offer.
I was delighted to find 10 different flavors of macarons: Coffee, Cassis, Chestnut, Orange, Pistachio, Raspberry, Vanilla, Caramel, Chocolate and one I can't read... I tried a Cassis and was pleased. They are $1.95 each. They also have a lovely assortment of very beautiful pastries.

Try this new one One recent addition to the South of Market neighborhood is Patisserie Philippe. They sell their own yummy pastries, and seem to supply a lot of the restaurants in the area with their fancy desserts. It's a bit pricey, but the pastries are traditional, beautiful, and taste just as good as they look.

Oh my yes My sister works in Lafayette and she likes Patisserie Lafayette patisserielafayette.com/index.html But I think you have to come into the City for those tiny french breakfast pastries Patisserie Phillipe near the Design Center, SOMA, on Townsend betweem 7th & 8th Delanghe Patisserie in the foodie side of the Fillmore. You drive west out Geary then right on Fillmore then a few blocks to the corner of Fillmore and Bush. You might also try the Farmers Market at the Ferry Building.
Even if you don't find French pastries, you will go home with something from this foodie heaven. There are several more patisseries in the neighborhoods but these are the most accessible to the Bay Bridge or if you are coming in to shop or go to Moscone .
Can anyone recommend a good seafood restaurant in San Francisco.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
