Can steam users play online with other PC users not using steam?

Where did you buy your game from as it may be a pirate copy/ fake, if it is report the seller immediately for the best possibility to get your money back. If not then check to make sure you're entering the key correctly (not mistaking B's for 8's and vice-versa as Ive done that before). If that doesn't solve it then the steam serves may be down or just not working properly.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
