Can the Crucial Ballistix 2GB PC6400 kit (2.2V) be used in a Dell Vostro 200 mini tower-w/ Intel E4550 & [email protected]?

I am wanting to purchase a Crucial Ballistix 2GB kit (2x 1gb) PC2-6400 DDR2-800Mhz; 2.2V; CL 4-4-4-12. I will be installing it into a Dell Vostro 200 mini; Intel e4550; pre-installed with 1gb (2x 512mb) PC2-5300 DDR2-677Mhz...unknown CL, and I'm certain they run @ 1.8V, although I may be wrong. I already know that, if mixed, they performance defaults to the slower module's speed, but I'm questioning the compatibility because of the voltage difference.
