Can the opponents to gay marriage explain why you are against it exactly?

They're not smart enough to realize that there's a difference between legal marriage and spiritual marriage. If God didn't want gays to marry (which it actually says no where in the bible that he's against homosexuality. Everything has been cruelly misinterpreted by the Republican Party) then he would not recognize it on a spiritual level.

However there is a huge difference between spiritual marriage and legal marriage. If you don't believe so, why do Atheists get married? There are government issued benefits to marriage, such as tax breaks.

It cracks me up when someone says gays only want to marry for selfish reasons. Did YOU get married through your church, and not the state? If not, you're a hypocrite who got married for selfish reasons.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
