No. The virtual Ethernet network and the iSCSI network are not one in the same and must be treated as a separate network by assigning a different subnet. Since the NIC in the iSCSI adapter is visible in a Windows environment and the virtual Ethernet is also visible to Windows, this would represent a conflict.
