Can this laptop run Games such as Minecraft, TF2, CoD, and Skyrim?

Yea I think they are pretty good, the PC should run even better games like crysis3.

This is a really bad choice if you're buying it for gaming. Loads of the budget goes on an i7 processor (which is no better at gaming than an i5 but costs more than 50% more), and almost no budget spent on graphics - HD7470 is old tech (and low-end old tech at that) rebadged with current-series numbers. You need a better graphics card.

EDIT: K McIntyre; "For all of you telling him to get a different processor. I shake my head at you, beyond incorrect." The two of use recommending downgrading the i7 are both suggesting moving budget from the CPU to the GPU.

Assuming the guy asking the question is working on a limited budget, which seems realistic. I7 isn't any better for gaming than an i5; http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/cpu/dis... and a graphics card upgrade from the abysmal HD 7470 would be better for gaming, as I'm sure you would agree. EDIT2 KMcIntyre; He hasn't bought it yet.

Otherwise he could just try the games; TF2 is even free to play, why wouldn't he just try it? If someone already owned an i7 then, yes, it would be stupid to downgrade to an i5. How can you even think that two people would give that advice?

Edit3 He really hasnt bought it yet. He asked about an i3 pc shortly before this question. The advice stands that for a better gaming pc; downgrade to an i5 and spend the saving on a gpu upgrade.

And THEN buy the pc ;).

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
