Can tomato skins be left on when canning tomatoes in water bath?

Does not matter one way or the other. They will get just as hot and seal the same way regardless.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
