Walthers carries a wide variety of Digital Command Control systems, DCC decoders, and sound systems. Walthers has a policy of neutrality with its vendors where Walthers does not suggest products. We do not play favorites with any of the vendors that we distribute products for.
All of the manufacturer's of DCC systems that we carry provide quality systems for the modeling range that they are intended for. The best way to help you get started in Digital Command Control is a book called "DCC Made Easy". This book includes everything you need to know about getting started with digital command control.
It explains DCC methods and techniques in a straightforward way. It also covers the history of Command Control, dissects the components of a DCC system, and addresses the full range of commercially available systems. That item is Walthers part #400-12242.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
