It's a subjective judgment for one, and the lowest tier of examination of a court making a decision one way or the other. The Supreme Court would not be engaging in rational basis determinations, and they really have the final say.
Depends on the law. Classes based on race & gender get strict scrutiny. Classes based on everything else get some form of rational basis.
If the Court finds that the state had a rational basis to implement the law (or compelling reason for strict scrutiny) then the law will be upheld.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
