If your gift card balance is enough to cover the cost and shipping, sure. You do not have to register a credit card, as long as enough money is there.

You need to have a credit card to back up the gift card. You can't have just a gift card on file. You can always get a prepaid visa to back up the gift card if you don't want to use your credit card.
