Can you explain the "Trinity" as it relates to Cajun cooking?

I didn't know what the 'trinity' was so I cheated. I can't explain it in terms of Cajun cookery, but I can explain it in terms om my own cookery because I use it all the time: bell pepper (I mostly use green), red onion and white celery, for colour, flavour and texture.

There is a hub about this subject written by Mike Stokes, Check it out hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Make-the-Cajun-Trin.

The 'Trinity' in cajun cooking is 3 basic items; onion, green peppers, and celery. It is the root flavors for authentic cajun receipes.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
