It isn't particularly normal to sleep that long, but your body will rest as long as it sees fit if you let it. As long as you don't continually do this it isn't something to worry about. There isn't anything unhealthy about sleeping that much as long as it isn't you not wanting or feeling like getting up.
Edit: I'm 21 and when I don't have anything going on or no reason to get up at a decent time the next day, I normally stay up till 3-6am and end up sleeping in till 2-4pm. But 18-19 hours? My advice is make plans for the following day to meet someone for lunch or something and set your alarm for it.
Find some motivation to get out of bed before the sun goes back down already.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
