Can you improve your hearing after hearing loss?

Depends on the cause of hearing loss. If the loss is conductive - ie. Caused by a problem with the ear canal, ear drum, bones behind the ear or middle ear cavity, there is a good chance that it could be treated surgically.

If the hearing loss is due to changes in the nerves (sensorineural hearing loss) then there is no surgical, medical or alternative treatment that will improve the hearing. An audiologist will be able to tell you if your results indicate that you have a conductive, sensorineural or mixed (both types) loss.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
