Can you install Windows 7 home premium upgrade over windows vista ultimate?

I don't believe you can upgrade to a better version. However you could upgrade to the same version and use Microsoft's "instant upgrade" to turn it into 7 Ultimate? Or better wait like two months, get Windows 7 Home Premium and turn that into Pro' using instant upgrade.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
