Your pancreas is a gland that produces hormones. One of these types of hormones is insulin. You can live without a pancreas but you will be a diabetic the rest of your life.
You would have to take insulin shots.
You cannot live without a pancreas. The pancreas function is to produce insulin and even putting insulin into the body you still are not able to live without the pancreas.
