It depends on the bank. Some will accept partial payments; others will return them. Keep in mind that if you pay some of your payments but not enough to get caught up, you will not get any of it back if your house goes into foreclosure.

Also, once the foreclosure process is too far along, it will be too late to save your home except by paying the entire loan balance--not just the late payments and fees.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
