Can you mobilize equity participation for our real estate and facilities development projects?

I can do it depending upon the project location and profitability and risk analysis. GCC, East Asia ans India are the my domain where I usually done the projects.

The location of the projects is Bangalore,India. And is very close to Bangalore new International Airport. The profitability is good @65% margin on the project cost,if it is sold on outright selling basis.

The financial projections in the profitability statements are shown for the 1st five years. The paying back period for borrowings is 10 years. Please provide email ID for forwarding the project details and financial statements.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
