Can you specifiy the identity column when using the Fluent Nhibernate Table-Per-Subclass strategy?

You cannot configure the Subclass id's with the fluent API because it's handled by the built in mapping convetions. But you can write a custom convention (with some extra acceptance if required). A sample solution.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
