Can you take legal action against someone who took pictures of you without your consent AND your knowledge?

Your image is probably recorded many times each day without your consent. Whenever you walk past an ATM or go into a store, it is recorded. No law prohibits that.

What one DOES with the picture is another issue altogether.

If you were in a public place no consent is required. If they were peeking into your bedroom window you may have a case for the police.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
