The database is not created until it is used for the first time. You must do any of following to trigger database creation.

Have you added initialize methid in application start in your Global. Asax file.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
