I think the problem is that you're looking for FNAME using Element when it's an element of PCI not of Record . Either use Descendant or find it as an Element of PCI .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
