Can't sudo gem uninstall (you don't have write permissions)?

I ran gem cleanup and then gem list -d RedCloth shows this *** LOCAL GEMS *** RedCloth (4.2.3) Author: Jason Garber Rubyforge: rubyforge.org/projects/redcloth Homepage: redcloth.org Installed at: /opt/local/lib/ruby/gems/1.8 RedCloth-4.2.3 - Textile parser for Ruby. redcloth.org/ looks like it wasnt really at the previous location.

1 If gem cleanup was run and fixed the issue, you probably had several versions of the gem and the cleanup command removed all the but most recent. – Scott S. Jun 19 '10 at 0:22 yeah that was the case, I was trying to remove the older version so I could go with the new one and have peace of mind im not cluttering up my system.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
