If you aren't concerned with how it looks, you can pull the hood off and flatten it out by stepping on it over a flat surface. Lights will be $100, you'll probably need new body panels though. Basically to get it fully repaired will run you over half of what you paid for the car.
Or you could turn to insurance...
You will not be able to straighten that hood. The headlights, grille and hood should be cheap enough at a salvage yard, I wouldn't suggest buying new. Aftermarket maybe, but if you try used, you may be able to get the same color hood and avoid having to paint!
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
