Depends Depends. If by "won't start" you mean it goes whrr, whrr, whrr, but goes not start, then it's most likely a fuel problem, like the fuel pump is stuck. If you instead mean that when you turn the key, the dome light gets real dim, then your battery has run down.It does not take much juice to run the dome light and radio, but about 100 times as much to turn the starter.
