Cassandra Secondary Index?

Organization may be a good candidate for a secondary index as long as cardinality is low. In other words, if you have a lot of repeating values for organization, use a secondary index. If not, building the index manually (as you have indicated in your ORG_USER CF) is a fine approach.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
