Rent is always a personal expense. The rules for insurance kick in if they reimburse you for more than the rent you normally paying. (See IRS publication 547) So, no, no extra deduction is possible.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
