Battery has power...lights & radio are on but may not have enough to crank also...starter motor stuck, or starter relay........ check fuses....starter fuse & relay...! make sure battery connects are clean! Try jumper cables to boost power! If it (clicks)...but doesn't start........tap the body of the starter with a hammer..firmly 3 or 4 times if this works.....well plan an a starter real soon!
If its a stick......roll/ kick start it BE SAFE & CAREFUL.......... THIS IS A LAST RESORT................
Any store that sells batteries can do a 15 second *load on yours to see what the reserve capacity actually is. Your gave some very good observations. The dash lights and radio require very little battery amperage to work.
The starter motor requires the most battery amperage of any electrical system on your car. *If your headlights go out or get dim during starting, battery amperage is low or non-existent. If you had an inexpensive volt meter you could check battery voltage.
A brand new fully charged battery tests 12.6 volts. You could also buy an inexpensive battery hydrometer at an auto parts store to check each individual battery cell.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
