In ALL seriousness your BP is only slightly elevated. Even the 140/92 is just "elevated" NOT HIGH. BP readings are contingent on time of day, foods you ate an hour ago, physical and mental stress, reading taken laying down, in a recliner or standing up, etc. Over my medical career, I have taken thousands of BPs.
I am state certified in this area which is much more in-depth than what is taught in the program. NO, you do not need to worry about these readings. Be mildly concerned but not worried.

Try some deep breathing exercises and meditation. They will help relieve your anxiety and ultimately lower your blood pressure.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
