As an e-bay dealer for over 7 years and a certified Pay-Pal agent, you can not open an account without having a checking account. To become verified, they deposit 2 small amounts into your checking account (under $1.00) you then have to log on and verify the amounts to them to become verified. They will deduct any purchases that exceed your pay pal account balance from your checking account.

Anyone under 18 cannot be held contractually liable because you are considered to be under the age of consent for contracts..therefore any contract you enter into with any company can't be enforced..Meaning if you didn't want to pay at some point they could do nothing about it, which is why they won't do it until you are 18..if you have an Aunt or something like that they could either get one and let you use it or something like that but other than that you are SOL.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
