Buddhism isn't a religion. I don't specifically subscribe to any of the other religions you've mentioned. And I am not an atheist or an agnostic.

Soft~ just because buddhism doesn't fit with a traditional Abrahamic view of what constitutes religion (worshipping some sort of deity), does not mean that it is not a religion. Atheists~ don't like arrogant ones who look down on people with faith ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Do like the questioning nature Christians~ don't like the arrogant ones who look down on people of other faiths ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Do like the teachings of the good ole JC Muslims~ Don't like that a woman isn't supposed to ask for a divorce ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Do like the dedication to god and the saying Inshallah! Jews~ Don't like... um... well... I got nothin ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Do like that they never really try to push their faith onto anyone Buddhists~ Don't like traditional views of LGBT's ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Do like the Eightfold Path Hindus~ Don't like traditional attitudes towards women and widowhood ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Do like the view the view of atman, and that since we are created by god, we must be a part of god.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
